Career by Design is an excellent well-thought-out book packed full of advice for choosing a future career, lists of career options, ways to find more fulfillment in your job, and much more. It provides advice to younger individuals trying to figure out their future as well as those who have already begun their career but want a change.

This book is a very easy to understand guide. I loved the resources the author provided such as graphs, charts, things to fill out, and other reading material to check out. Not only was it an excellent guide, but it was also a pep talk for those who are worrying about finding their dream job. Willbanks encourages the reader to chase after their dreams and work hard toward their goals.

Although I wouldn’t exactly say this is a fun book to read straight through, it’s definitely an educational self-help book that can truly set you on the right track. I would definitely recommend this to anyone who is concerned about finding a job they love.
